Job Description

Per Diem Registered Nurses must commit to work a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours, per six
(6) week scheduling period in direct patient care.   You will work variable hours Monday through Friday from 8a-5pm depending on clinic needs.  You will be working at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Infectious Disease team:

  • Provide care for adult and pediatric patient populations.
  • Provide PICC line maintenance/dressing changes and wound care.
  • Combination of triage, care coordinator and direct patient care with a strong team approach.

Education:

Minimum – Graduate of school of nursing.

Preferred – Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Work Experience:

Minimum – Six (6) months of RN experience.

Preferred – Relevant RN experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact and CPR/BLS Certification.

Preferred – Applicable clinical certification.
