• Sign-on bonus: $2,500
• Department: Rehabilitation inpatient
• Schedule: Full time, 36 hours, Position will cover both Franklin and All Saints campuses. Monday 4 hrs, Tuesday 4 hrs, Wednesday 8 hrs, Thursday 6 hrs, Friday 10 hrs.  Weekend and holiday rotation.
• Hospital: Franklin Hospital and All Saints Hospital 
• Location: Franklin, WI & Racine, WI

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients requiring speech-language therapy.

• Perform therapy intervention utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Educate and counsel patient and family regarding treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical records and follow performance improvement recommendations.
• Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from speech therapy services.
• Provide information regarding appropriate support programs.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Hearing and Speech Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
