Schedule:

  • Day shift (7:00 am - 5:30 pm)
  • 40 hours p/week (4-10 hr days: M, T, Th & F)
  • No holidays or weekends

Role Purpose

Provides clinical support and performs clerical duties for the department in order to obtain the appropriate information to verify patient identity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintains patient charts and files documents as necessary.
  • Requests, retrieves, and sends medical records.
  • Provides support in the patient care process
  • Performs general office and clerical duties.
  • Minimum Requirements

    Education

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience

  • 2-5 years
  • Preferred Requirements

    Education

  • Associate's Degree
  • Supervisor Experience

  • No Experience
  • Licenses & Certifications

  • Medication Technician (CMT)
