Responsibilities

The Digital Experimentation Specialist will support the development and delivery of products and solutions for Ascension Studio, a division of Ascension’s national Strategy & Innovation organization.

 

This role will serve as a subject matter expert in experimentation methods and configuration and drive the practice and culture of digital experimentation across the organization. Expect to egularly develop and present executive-facing presentations including polished, methodologically robust recommendations for business growth and digital product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and scale experimentation as a practice across multiple product teams by providing training and support in experiment design, implementation, and interpretation of results
● Partner with UX, design, product, and software engineering teams to define, prioritize, launch, and evangelize data-driven improvements to products and digital experiences based on experimentation
● Presents hypotheses, analyses, data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, design, clinical operations, among others
● Ensure the quality of experiments and data integrity across experimentation and analytics platforms

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Advanced degree preferred
● 3-5 years in a deeply technical role with robust experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing
at scale to drive outcomes
● Preference for experience configuring experiments in LaunchDarkly
● Proficient in SQL, Tableau
● Healthcare industry experience a major plus
