Job Description
As a Memory Care Director you would supervise the day-to-day clinical activities/staff of the memory care unit within the facility. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
As our Memory Care Director, you will collaborate with your team and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and their families. You will be responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity. We expect our team will model a positive and professional image that represents Windsor's missions and values.
Required (Must have):
  • Unencumbered CA LVN license
  • 1-3 years of experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents
  • 1 year of clinical supervision
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid fingerprint clearance card - via LiveScan (or ability to obtain one)
  • Previous Nursing Assistant, experience or direct care to multiple patients/residents
  • Previous experience managing activity programs within a healthcare setting; or project management experience
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Experience with PCC

    Compensation for roles at Windsor Court Assisted Living  varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by state or local law, Windsor Court Assisted Living  provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Windsor Court Assisted Living  reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:

    Pay Salary:up to  $75,000 per year DOE
