Nurse Practitioner Job Specifics:
- This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating care for patients at the Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology.
- Outpatient focused with inpatient consultative responsibilities.
- Collaborative, interdisciplinary team comprised of physicians, diabetes educators, medical assistants and administrative support staff.
- Monday through Friday work schedule, with very manageable shared call rotation.
- Ideal candidate will have experience treating and managing diabetes patients.

Education & Training: Master’s degree in nursing and maintain licensure as a certified registered nurse practitioner. BLS certification required.
Work Orientation & Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a hospital or outpatient setting. Experience in diabetes and/or endocrine management highly preferred.
