Cooks are passionate about freshly prepared and nutritious meals for our residents. We work to maintain a calm and supportive environment to free your creative mind. While there is a sense of urgency and timelines that need to be maintained; this is no environment for Gordon Ramsey.
§ Understand importance of proper food-handling techniques and hazards of improper food handling
§ Comply with meal schedules and make prep list per menu
§ Follow standard recipes, but make independent decisions in line with current experience
§ Estimate quantities of food required and apportion servings while monitoring portion controlled guidelines for individual residents
§ Responsible for supervision of other food service employees in absence of Executive Chef
