Jayesh Patel is the Senior Vice President of Products. He is responsible for member experience for 20MM+ users and manages the Product Management, Design, User Growth, and Clinical functions at Castlight. Jayesh has been at Castlight for over 11 years helping build core data assets and capabilities such as search, personalization, care guidance, wellbeing, digital health ecosystem, and tech-enabled services platform. He has collaborated extensively with major health plans, health systems, F500 customers, and partners on building digital health products and tech-enabled services.

Jayesh has over 25 years of experience in building consumer and enterprise products and platforms. Prior to joining Castlight, he led product management and user experience at Salesforce, Adobe, and a number of start-ups.

Jayesh holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, MS in Computer Science from Arizona State University, and BS in Computer Science from L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, India.

Jim Fowler is a serial entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and Board member for several companies. He was founder and CEO of Owler — the free competitive intelligence platform business professionals use to outsmart their competition, gain competitive insights, and uncover the latest industry news and alerts. Owler was acquired by MeltWater in 2021. Prior to Owler, Jim founded Jigsaw in 2003 and was CEO until it was acquired by Salesforce in 2010 for $175 million. Jigsaw is best known for pioneering crowdsourcing in the B2B information industry and for creating the business category of Data-as-a-Service (DaaS). Before his career in technology, Jim was owner and operator of Lookout Pass, a ski resort in Idaho, and he served in the U.S. Navy as a diving and salvage officer. Jim is a graduate of the University of Colorado.

Rajan is a valley-based technology leader with over 20 years of experience across startups and fortune 100 tech companies. He was pivotal in the successful acquisitions of Jigsaw, Marketo, and Owler.

Rajan is also an investor and advisor at multiple startups. Rajan is the Vice President of Product Development at Oracle.
